After getting back from the combo-trip with Mu & Yanto on 23rd December 2007, I celebrated Christmas in Bonn. Actually Bonn & Köln. On 24th I attended a Christmas mass in Bonn with Vina & Eddy (and Mu also
), then on 25th I attended an Indonesian Christmas mass in Köln with Vina (Eddy had to work at that time).
On 29th I travelled to Prague by bus. Since Czech Republic was already a member of the Schengen countries, I didn’t need a Czech visa
After 7.5 years, I finally had the chance to step my feet again in Prague. I arrived on 30th and was fetched by my big bro. Yup, I stayed in my big bro’s apartment until 4th January. It was so nostalgic.

my favourite Czech dish: knedlik & gulas

Vltava river, Charles bridge, the palace

cafe Louvre (the last time I was here was around 8 years back)
So, I’ve retransmitted all loss segments in a congestion window of 2007’s Christmas holiday, just like Reno TCP… or maybe even New Reno… hahaha….. goshhh… I’ll have my Convergent Networks seminar presentation on Thursday…..

@dina:
Yeah…. There’s a saying: “A picture is worth a thousand words”

Actually I just don’t want to write too much…. it’s so tiring
I think we can use pictures as logs as well
@sangprabo:
Haha… Like Ms. Dina have said once: a vicious cycle
Finally I’m done with my seminar…. I presented it for 1 hour. The tense was a bit high, but I finally managed to undertook it well. IT’s a bit scary: the audience were 2 profs, 15 PhD students, 15 master students
@tikabanget:
Hi there…. Cmon, I’m too lazy to write long sentences…. haha….
Beste Grüße,
Dafferianto

@sangprabo:

A beautiful city, undeniable. At first I was a bit skeptical because everyone wants to go there and I am not a person to do what everyone does but then I was convinced by my friends and I ended up in Prague….and I have to say I absolutely loved it. The small streets, the game of lights, the people… I loved the S. Vito Cathedral and Kafka’s museum. I intend to get back and know a little more! I also was nicely surprised by the place we slept in. I’ll leave you here a very good site of http://www.prague-hotels.org.uk/“, they are cheap and very pleasant. For your next time, or if any of your friends want to come. I liked you pictures: ) I also live away from my family so I know how you felt.
@Shelly:
Wow… Glad to hear you enjoying Prague as well
Thanks for the link. I’ll refer to it if my friend(s) ask me for a place to stay there.
Thanks for visiting my blog.
all the best,
Dafferianto
